We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Look n Look account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. We respect your right to control your personal information and will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Look n Look account and all data associated with it, you need to send an email request to our support team. Please follow these steps:

Compose an Email

Open your email client and create a new email. Make sure you send it from the email address associated with your Look n Look account.

Send to Our Support Email

Address the email to indiansparrow222@gmail.com with the subject line: "Request to Delete My Account".

Include Your Account Details

In the body of the email, include your full name, the email address registered with your account, and the reason for deletion (optional). This helps us locate and verify your account.

Receive Confirmation

Our team will acknowledge your request and begin the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Account Information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and login credentials associated with your social login (Google/Facebook).
User Content: All videos, images, audio files, and other content you have uploaded or created within the app.
Interactions: Your likes, comments, shares, and any other engagement data.
Location History: Any location data associated with your account and content.
Usage Data: Your browsing history, viewing preferences, and app usage statistics linked to your account.
Device Information: Device identifiers and any device-specific data tied to your account.

Deletion Timeline

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 working days from the date we receive and verify your deletion request. During this processing period, your account may be deactivated and your content may no longer be visible to other users.

Important Information

Before submitting your deletion request, please be aware of the following:

Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Active Sessions: You will be logged out of all devices once your account is deleted.
Content Removal: All your videos and content will be permanently removed and will no longer be accessible to other users.
Re-registration: If you wish to use Look n Look again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
Legal Obligations: Some information may be retained if required by law, legal proceedings, or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention). Any retained data will be stored securely and only for the minimum period required.
Third-Party Data: If you signed in using Google or Facebook, the deletion applies only to data stored by Look n Look. You may need to manage app permissions separately through your Google or Facebook account settings.

Revoking Third-Party Access

In addition to deleting your account with us, we recommend revoking Look n Look's access from your social login provider:

For Google:

Go to your Google Account settings.
Navigate to Security > Third-party apps with account access.
Find Look n Look and click Remove Access.

For Facebook:

Go to Facebook Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites.
Find Look n Look and click Remove.
